Lagos Solid Waste Management Scheme – Expression of Interest

The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) and the Lagos State Ministry of Finance announce a request for proposals for improvements to the Lagos State Waste Management System.
By means of this Request for Proposals, LAWMA aims to identify a strategic partner to design, build and operate two Landfill Gas Collection and Utilization projects as well as one new Integrated Waste Management Facility in the State of Lagos.
This project is an integral part of a larger and more comprehensive modernization process taking place across the entire Lagos State waste management infrastructure by LAWMA.

Buildings - with a special focus on retrofitting existing buildings and new build best practice, and
Transport - with a special focus on electric vehicles (EVs)
